We are very pleased with the recent treatment of our home performed by Robert and his helper, DeAndre. They were very thorough and kept us informed throughout the procedure. The process took 4 hours in some fairly high outdoor temperatures without taking a break. After completion, all work areas were thoroughly cleaned. We were left with a high level of confidence in the outcome of this treatment and that we had contracted with a company that has and values knowledgeable and well trained employees.

Jason was one of three termite inspectors from three different companies that we had come to give us assessments and quotes to deal with the termite problem we had. I am so glad that Jason Alexander came out and worked with us! The first guy from a different company did not even identify that we had drywood termites as the major problem in a room addition/storage room and storage shed. The second guy from a different company quoted us $10,000 to tent our entire home for drywood termites, when it was obvious that we did not have any infestation in our main home at all. Fortunately, Jason Alexander with AZ Termite Specialists correctly assessed our situation with drywood termites and subterranean termites in our outdoor room addition and wood storage shed. He made suggestions of treatment plans and worked with me to arrive at the best overall treatment plan for our home. He was honest and provided factual assessments of how our situation could be resolved at the least cost to us. I was able to do some minor renovation work to provide more access to the infested areas, and the treatment tech Robert was able to fully resolve our problems for a fraction of the cost that the other two firms quoted me. Without Jason's guidance, I would have been mostly lost in knowing how to deal with our situation. I highly recommend Jason Alexander and AZ Termite Specialists!
