George was fantastic! He was friendly and seemed quite knowledgeable. My only complaint is not about George, but about the company. George has to share a hole saw. The company should be providing every tech with their own hole saw.

Jason was one of three termite inspectors from three different companies that we had come to give us assessments and quotes to deal with the termite problem we had. I am so glad that Jason Alexander came out and worked with us! The first guy from a different company did not even identify that we had drywood termites as the major problem in a room addition/storage room and storage shed. The second guy from a different company quoted us $10,000 to tent our entire home for drywood termites, when it was obvious that we did not have any infestation in our main home at all. Fortunately, Jason Alexander with AZ Termite Specialists correctly assessed our situation with drywood termites and subterranean termites in our outdoor room addition and wood storage shed. He made suggestions of treatment plans and worked with me to arrive at the best overall treatment plan for our home. He was honest and provided factual assessments of how our situation could be resolved at the least cost to us. I was able to do some minor renovation work to provide more access to the infested areas, and the treatment tech Robert was able to fully resolve our problems for a fraction of the cost that the other two firms quoted me. Without Jason's guidance, I would have been mostly lost in knowing how to deal with our situation. I highly recommend Jason Alexander and AZ Termite Specialists!

They only treat termites and they are local, which is why we went with them - support local! Robert came out to do the service and was great. We had moved everything already to make it easy.
