Termite Reports for Chandler Real Estate Transactions
We can provide a Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection Report for qualifying Chandler real estate transactions. This formal Arizona report documents visible evidence of termites and other wood-destroying organisms, along with conducive conditions found at the property.
Arizona doesn’t require the report for every property sale. However, lenders frequently require one at closing, so buyers and sellers should confirm the transaction requirements with the lender or other appropriate party.
